Stephanie Lane has worked as financial manager at Hayes & Schneider Properties since 2002, and received her Virginia real estate license in 2004. She has lived in Virginia since 1968 and in Arlington since 1986.

Prior to joining our staff, Stephanie worked as a benefits administrator for various insurance companies. In addition, she has volunteered for many non-profit organizations, most notably doing fund-raising and serving on the Board of the Animal Welfare League of Arlington.

When not working, Stephanie volunteers at her daughter's school and works out regularly at the gym. She also enjoys quilting, gardening and collecting antique buttons.
